Servicios Ofrecidos en Traducciones Legales :
Podemos ofrecerle diferentes tipos de traducciones legales en Inglés- Español, tales como:
1.- Traducciones de Documentos Notariadas: Luego de traducido el documento, se firma y sella por el Intérprete Publicó. Posteriormente, se presenta en Notaria junto con una declaración jurada, visada por abogado. En el acto éste reconoce bajo juramento la autoría de la traducción.
2.- Traducciones de Documentos Legalizadas: Una vez hecha la traducción del ejemplar y firmada por el Intérprete Público, es llevada al Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones de Interiores y Justicia de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, y se legaliza la firma del Intérprete público.
3.- Traducciones Legales o Traducciones Jurídicas: Consiste en traducir, desde un idioma hacia otro, documentos de carácter legal, ya sean públicos (documentos oficiales emitidos por una Administración o un organismo público) o privados (redactados para regular un determinado negocio jurídico entre particulares o empresas).
4.- Traducciones Certificadas: son aquellas traducciones, que luego de realizadas la interpretación del documento, son firmadas y selladas por Interprete Público, con sus datos de identificación, quien debe estar acreditado por Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones de Interiores y Justicia de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.
